Spurs are a weird side. Ever since Conte took over they've swung from looking absolutely terrible with him on the point of leaving to looking a seriously dangerous side. Sooner or later things will implode like they always do with Conte though.
 
Harry Kane should be a poster child for PTSD as he must have a very strong mentality to possibly finish his career with nothing. You see it he has the 1000 yard stare.

Yes, the press will love that. However, I do think Ten Hag needs to stamp on that. It's not conducive to a good team atmosphere. Unfortunately we don't have enough strikers to warrant shipping him out.
Still, best performance for a while including the other wins vs Arsenal and Liverpool. Progress.
 
Humiliating for Spurs from what I watched, absolutely dominated and did nothing about it.

I can't believe the sort of person who would watch his team put in that performance and leave 3 minutes from the end knowing full well it would cause questions and take focus away from the team. Every time you think he couldn't be more of a self centred **** he surprises you.

Far too many people will still defend him. Say its just his winning mentality and how its because he was so desperate to play and score. BS but people will do whatever mental gymnastics they need to in order to fit their narrative.
 
I thought Shaw bit very well tonight, hope he can keep it up. I hope Maguire doesn't get back into the first team again. A cup player maybe but not for the league. As much as I have faith in ETH and his choices, I would not feel at all confident with Maguire in the team. Same for Ronaldo, he needs to accept he's finished.

When you win then Ronaldo's tantrums aren't important, the issues only come when you drop points because his exclusion from the side will always be used as the primary reason for the result by certain supporters and sections of the media.
