Greenlizard0 PL & Championship Football Thread ** spoilers ** [21st - 23rd January 2022]

Why the **** do we keep shooting from 40 yards out. Not a single one has even gone close to their goal and we've done it 5 or 6 times.

Thats more like it from Rashford. Enjoy your ******* goals you goober.

Perfect timing.

I think Man United deserved it. It wasn't pretty but we competed, didn't cede the midfield as was being predicted and kept a clean sheet without having to rely on the goalie. It was progress and hopefully will build some momentum. I'm giving MOTM to Dalot who I thought was excellent defensively today. Mediocre from the rest but a win is important especially against a top 4 rival.

Still a lot of serious issues at United but at least we had some fight and work rate in the game. Not sure we deserved the win but WH didn't either.

Ronaldo is still a big issue. We could use him better i.e. when Greenwood didn't pass to him in the first 10 minutes but outside of that hes just a detriment to us so often.

Martial looked good when he came on for a few minutes but he quite often does. His issue is when you need him to work for 90 minutes and put in work that is unfulfilling and hard. He just doesn't do it.

Fingers crossed Verane is just slightly injured. Elbow?

Vital 3 points and hopefully this will be some vague base to move on from.
