I was thinking that too. Such a waste of a PL spot. Just heard on the half time chat that the last 19 premier league games they’ve played, they’ve lost 17 and drawn 2. Two points out of a possible 57!

They’re going to need to seriously consider dropping the league to 18 teams to avoid this type of the thing happening.

Not sure how that helps. We won the championship comfortably. If there's promotion/demotion at all we were getting promoted.
The gulf between the leagues just keeps getting bigger. Maybe there needs to be a joining bonus for newly promoted teams or something.

Then you take a look down at the championship table this season and what's that coming over the hill WBA and Fulham in the top 3

Arrogant comment. Football exists outside of the Premier League, and it's all about clubs striving for that opportunity. Leeds, Sheffield United, etc have all shown that it's possible to compete at this level in their first session up.
There's any number of sides that could go down this season - Burnley, Southampton, Leeds, etc - and none got promoted this season.

Great to see the typical moronic football fan logic in full flow again. So far over the last two or three seasons (probably more) the usual posters post absolute nonsense.......today Norwich should be banned from the Premier League, the league should be reduced to 18 teams. Newcastle shouldn't be anywhere near the PL, or Burnley, or West Brom, West Ham's had some stick as well. More have probably been mentioned......wonder what theses numpties thoughts were on the closed shop Europen Super League
