We’ve seen players that look sub-standard go to another club and be transformed, but the way Xhaka looks like a different player now just by a change of position is wild. Great start. Need to hammer them while the iron is hot though before they get back into the game.

Sorry this may seem horribly harsh, but if everything went well with the birth and everyone is fine, there’s no need for him to miss the game.

Plenty of players have played the day after their baby was born.
