Caporegime
Looked like caught Silva’s foot to me.
How many times are Spurs going to sit back like that at 1-0 and get caught out. They did the same against Palace and obviously didn’t learn their lesson.
As long as Jose is at the club.
Funny how Spurs fans thought Mourinho would be different and somehow win serious trophies with them. Things will get toxic real quick when negative results start happening and boring football is losing games.
He hasn't really changed and adapted at all. I think it is an ego thing and he isn't the only one. Pepe is very similar and hasn't changed his style at all and teams have found him out.
That is what made Ferguson different to everyone. He evolved through the times getting the right forward thinking coaches in around him.
Neither has Bielsa changed his way of playing and everyone fawns at the god thats won nothing.

I haven't heard many managers saying that Mourinho is their inspiration or that they admire him but I have heard A LOT of top managers credit Bielsa.
The idea that you have to win something to be someone is ridiculous. I could give you 10 managers that have won more than Bielsa who are nobodys in football. Does that mean they are better managers?
It's also not great management to stick to the same plan and refuse to change. It won't take them down this year but will next year. Of course fans of bigger teams love them, nothing more frustrating that losing to a well set up team and play a boring 0-0 until the little club nicks a 1-0 from a set piece due to the pressure of survival in the EPL.
He's taking a low pressure job with little fear of the sack. Give him the Chelsea job and see how he does. Over rated, come back when he's won something in a big pressure job.
