It's more the refs just ignoring fouls. It really benefits teams like Wolves that just press constantly and kick out at you and get away with it. Unfortunately this is the way the English game is going apparently. Especially when most of our refs want to be celebrities. They're loving being the centre of attention again.

On the whole I like the new refereeing on fouls(not fouls).
It was Fred that fell over in the clip, there was no foul. I'm no fan of Mike Dean and the encouragement to let a bit more "go" from refs will lead to more inconsistency. It always happens at the start of a season.
