It’s crazy how management works. Lampard is a crap manager who has been parachuted into elite management simply because he was a good player. He’s earned millions when there are probably hundreds of better managers in the top English leagues.

Agree. Someone like Emery at Chelsea and we wouldn't be watching this shambles. They could do ok without a cardboard cutout manager.

Yeah, course there is. Players clocked out, changing managers frequently, loads of new faces, spotlight on the owners all the time..its a mess.
Getting Poch through the door and the squad knowing he's the manager for the next 4 years, a lot of these issues get ironed out fairly quickly
