Greenlizard0 PL & Championship Football Thread ** spoilers ** [30th Dec - 1st Jan 2023]

I thought that last season and they suddenly managed it.
Goodison getting behind them in the final months, Richarlison and Burnley being garbage was the difference last season. Other than Forest there's no side obviously worse than Everton (and a few others to be fair) and without Richarlison (and Calvert Lewin rarely available), it's difficult to see where Everton are getting their goals from. The atmosphere at Goodison could help them again but equally it has the potential to turn very toxic and hinder them even further.

You'd imagine Wolves and West Ham will be fine, leaving two from Everton, Bournemouth and Southampton to join Forest on their way back down.

Leeds matching Newcastle intensely as expected.

We should have had a penalty. Surprised it wasn't over ruled but probably using the clear and obvious rule or something daft.

Can see us start to turn the screw in the second half as we should be the fresher team and with Maxi and Wilson in reserve should hopefully be enough.
