Our next 2 games against Wolves and Newcastle will define this season. If we come away with 4 points, I think we have a chance of survival. But if we play like we did last night, then you're on the money. Championship football next season awaits.
 
Just watched the Spurs/Everton highlights and Harry Kane is just in ridiculous form at the moment. I thought the first goal was a screamer until I saw the replay and it was Keane that banged it in. Kanes 2 goals were taken beautifully though. Kane and Son are about 90% of Tottenhams quality over the past 4+ years. I'm amazed more teams haven't tried to take Son from Spurs. Hes been world class for years now.

Agree, Kane is still a top striker and Son a wonderful player. I do also think Pickford is a poor keeper though. He let Son's goal go through him. However thats the problem with Spurs, they've got two decent player and not much else at present. Time will tell if any of the new ones Conte has brought in are able to augment the team.
 
I think Kulukevsic has slotted in very well and quickly and allows son and kane to roam. It certainly worked against a few teams recently. Our downfall is not being able to break down a tight defence, plus our own defensive frailties which haven't really improved since the Alderweild/Vertonghen days.
 
Oh well, definitely game over now.
If we can take this second half performance into the next 3 games and beat Leeds & Burnley we have a slim chance of staying up. Then again we're as consistent as british summer weather.

The team is broken, fragile and destroyed. Phillips and Cooper will be back soon, it might help or it might be too late.

Make or break against Norwich on Sunday, can really see us losing.

Nothing personal, but fingers crossed, just to make the end of season interesting :D
