Greenlizard0 PL & Championship Football Thread ** spoilers ** [6th - 8th May 2023]

I have one genuine question having just watched parts of the game back, we have been hammered by fans and pundits alike for time wasting this season, which is fair enough, why is it time wasting when we do it but good ”game management” when one of the sly6 do it?
Fine to do it in the last 15, from kick off, not so much.

PS...not saying Toon do it from kick off, just maybe if teams near the bottom do it from the off it can be frowned upon

I was about to post the same.

When we do it there’s complete outrage.

Arsenal spent the afternoon rolling about the ground and it’s “fight” “game management”

Mad that you even need to ask this. Gary said it was street wise of Arsenal in the first half. Only top teams are allowed to do it. Same with commiting fouls.

Sabitzer finally...our one player on decent form.

Rice has made our midfield look very poor.
He's been decent today. A bit of a wake up for EtH when he sees how Eriksen and Casimiro have shaped up. I don't rate Rice at £100m but he has been good today. Eriksen has been so slow today not just in body but in mind. Shaw and AWB have probably been our best players again which tells you all you need to know about our team.

You got that right. Absolute dog ****.
Well I guess we can blame fatigue or something. Really dropped off the end of this season.

Miss Martinez and his ability to pick a pass out. Shaw and Dalot are our best wide backs by a mile.

De Gea decided he missed calamity slabhead's antics and crowned himself king ****-up.

Summed it up pretty much. So tired of watching such bilge since the cup win.
