Greenlizard0 PL & Championship Football Thread ** spoilers ** [8th - 10th October 2022]

Other players been taking the limelight but id love to know how white isnt in england setup hes been brilliant all season at rb and can play cb too

Good win for arsenal this, made harder work of it than they should’ve not punishing some easy moments and got a fair bit of luck with Oliver’s decisions

Liverpool are turd but certainly seals them as best of the rest for now even if no title challenge occurs

Far from a win yet

I really don't think we have worked out how to get Nunez into the game fully yet

That being said Salah was woeful today too.
Salah's old role in this side is finished, just like Trent's.

He no longer has the space to sprint clear of defenders, because most sit deeper against him, and he no longer has Trent overlapping him, becaseu he tends to come inside more. He's normally in a 50/50 against one or two defenders and he's not coming out on top much.

In fact, the more we play, the more it looks like we're clinging on to a formation and style of football that historically worked for us but no longer does because we don't have the players or the legs to play that way anymore.

Adapt or die and we're currently on a ventilator.
