Greenlizard0 PL Football Thread ** spoilers ** [23rd 25th June 2020]

I’m kinda relieved they won it tonight, now we can concentrate on other important matters in the league, such as who’s getting champions league, who’s getting relegated and how low are Arsenal gonna finish.
 
It might seem odd but I'm kind of glad we won it while we weren't playing. It would have been strange to watch the players celebrate in an empty stadium, where as it's not uncommon for teams to win titles when they weren't playing. It turns out that the squad met up at a hotel to watch the game together so at least they're going to have the chance to celebrate together still.

Liverpool won’t have seen anything like it!
 
Congrats Liverpool pains me to say it being a Man Utd fan but by far the best team to watch in the league.

That desire and hunger from coming so close last season was very much evident this season the players had a fire within themselfs.
 
Got to know, which of you pool fans are getting bladdered tonight, or are you all responsible individuals making sure you’re fresh for work tomorrow?

I would love to but full of cold/hayfever and had few too many in the sun anymore I doubt I'll surface tomorow lol :D

I'll carry on celebrations tomorow night after work
 
Happy Liverpool wrapped up the title so early into resumption, last time they won I was still a teenager living on Wirral, with a number of the first team players living locally.

A couple of cans but that'll be it...no work requirements for me at the moment.

*I shouted out "CHAMPIONS" in the garden earlier and the Gooner over the road was ready with a loud BOOOOOO lol
