I would describe 'bottling' as a sudden and unexpected collapse in form, owing to the pressure.

Doesn't apply here though - whatever happens now, Arsenal have done a good job and pushed City all the way. The Villa result was an unfortunate wobble, but it's one of those things.

The mere notion of us bottling it this year is laughable really.

We’ve won more matches than city at this point and taken 4 points from them. In the run in from January we’ve dropped just 5 points, scored 52 goals and conceded just 8, beaten Liverpool, Chelsea, Newcastle and both Utd and spurs away.

Anyone who says we’ve bottled it simply doesn’t know **** about football.

I guess it's the issue of not winning anything

Bottling is a lot more fun than being **** also

In fact my favourite season under Klopp didn't even end in a trophy so as long as you're enjoying the ride its a bit whatever

As said previously.

Arsenal have a trophy in them next season.

Would put money on that over any of the other sides.

Obviously not including the winning machine of Man City.

City despite winning everything are not as strong as they were last season.

It would only take an injury for KDB or Foden to change things.

Last season they could manage it, and so far this.

Next season I don't think they could.

KDB plays in around 60 percent of Cities PL games

KDB is on a slow decline anyway I think, both in level and fitness.

If City do have problems then we could be well in. Liverpool will be in a season of big adjustment, Villa will probably have the rigour of champs league football. The situation at Chelsea and Utd is up in the air and spurs are just spurs. Newcastle could be hampered by FFP issues.

Yes but he tends to run the show.

There is no one on his level and City have needed this.

I don't think that plan will work next season, and as said, City are not as strong as they were / are.

Prove me wrong, but I don't see it.

That's my point.

And re Arsenal, without wishing to troll, "next year is our year".

What are you talking about? You said it would take an injury to KDB and i said he plays 60 percent of cities games. He always gets injured, it doesnt change anything, they still win the league every season.
