As on the beach as on the beach can be from us. Can't complaint too much as I couldn't really be arsed with it either.

Not sure that result does much for Villa. GD meant Spurs had to win both games anyway.
Klopp’s last ever away game and they’re on the beach? I hope they’re up for it on Sunday. Bit disrespectful if not.

Was in the Holte when ours third goal went in. In all the years I've been going, never heard a pop like that before.

Aside from some horrific refereeing, incredible evening. So many fantastic memories at VP this year.

Proper game that. Really enjoyed it.
Premier league football is so much better when it's not your own team playing but time difference mean I barely watch any non evening games live. Boo hoo, poor me, etc.

Wouldn’t we then finish top on H2H?
Not sure, is it not GS first? I don't really know

Brief look, might be wrong as its from 2019, GS would be the decider. H2H comes in if pts, GD and GS are the same.

Its a bit confusing to me as it says
In a statement, the Premier League said: “If two or more clubs finish level in the table when competing for the title or European qualification, or when relegation is at stake, their records in the head-to-head matches will now be used to separate them.
“In previous seasons, teams involved in these specific battles who finished with the same points total, goal difference and number of goals scored would be pitted against each other in a playoff.

So first part you think its H2H but then reading the bottom part is that after GS and the H2H is instead of playoff?

Another part,
The new rule has been introduced ahead of the 2019/20 season, and will come into effect if teams are level on points, goal difference and goals scored.

So going by that its GS after GD, H2H is just to avoid a playoff.

Also added bonus for Tom Hanks and Duran Duran related puns in the headlines on the sport pages tomorrow.
