crowd pressure for sure, happened at the king power for the penner in our last game.
Its one of those where the managers will be hypocrites. I'm sure Howe will say after the match that the goal shouldnt have stood as it was against him but if it was reversed would say it should have stood, and vice versa of course for Klopp. I personally think it was fine and would have said the same if it was at the other end too, though thats easy to say as it was to my benefit

Matip just needs a bit more confidence going forward because I'm sure he's capable of walking through the Newcastle defence and scoring a couple.

Weird 1st half with both sides trying to set the other up. Re our first goal, you can see from watching the replays that Dean doesn't see the players down on the ground and thank god he didn't because you can also see from the replays that Hayden was feigning injury to get the game stopped.
Need to start dishing out yellows or reds for players feigning injuries.

Looking back at it, we’re lucky Liverpool score that second goal, if not VAR awards a penalty and we’re down to 10 men.
Theres no doubt about it, I've watched the replay and paused and rewound multiple times to get to grips with who is who in that tangle and when you do that you can clearly see that at no time does Hayden get hit in the head at all, yet for some reason goes down clasping his head.

How many players do that now though in the box, it happens every game players trying to get the game/attack stopped.
Then punish them...dont punish the team attacking.

Loads to be fair but that only highlights that its a problem which needs to be curbed rather than justifying the goal being disallowed. Sadly, all too often the saying cheaters never prosper turns out to not be true. Thankfully in this case, this particular cheat didnt prosper. Now if only that was the case more often.

I’m not saying I agree with it, but every team does it, other teams have a habit of getting away with it though
