This game is like somebody has injected ground up light bulbs into my eyes. Defensively we have had a very good shape, not really allowed City too many chances at all but christ on a bike the quality on the ball has been truly awful,

If we are looking for positives then I tend to agree. The shape of the team is slightly better but the system lacks the players to make t more effective - see my comment above on the left sided issues. Mazraoui is clearly a baller, Amad has shown he can be coached. I think Kobbie is still a developing talent but is second season mode. Hojlund has shown enough to suggest he can develop. I quite like Ugarte but we are woefully short in lots of other positions. I hope the club looks to bring through some of the younger talent. We have nothing to lose and this season is a bit of a free hit for Amorim.
MAguire , Deligt, Yoro, Martinez is fine for centre back pool and will allow for another youngster as cover. I also expect Chido Obi to get first team minutes towards the end of the season even though he's only 17.
