Personally think Nunez is an utter enigma. That said he's a number nine or conventional Centre Forward. As the old saying goes a broken clock is right twice a day. So Liverpool benefiting from at least somebody who knows how to play the position, no matter how inconsistent..Great position and all but we required the man who has no concept of pressure but also composure to bail us out today to avoid 3 wins out of 8
Had we beat forest or Manu I’d say it’s pretty close to done but we’re clearly feeling pressure
No idea what happened arsenal, went to sort something out after the second and they looked great after the first
Some of it is luck. Last season it appeared Arsenal didn't have many injuries to key players but this season from what I've observed you've been hit with outages to key players. Odegaard near the start when I seem to recall you dropped points and now Saka. Having said that Arteta seems be stubborn around the issue of recruiting a striker and most observers have been crying for that for 2 seasons at least. It's the 8 draws that have done for Arsenal. January is too early to give up but it looks hard to overhaul Liverpool now.We have to start thinking now about where we’re going with Arteta. He's done an amazing job to get us back towards title challengers, but it feels like we’ve hit a plateau and can’t get over the final few hurdles. It was such a great chance to win the league this year, probably the best with City’s form, and as good as Liverpool are, they’re not exactly pulling up trees lately. It’s very frustrating

lol draw a couple of games and all of a sudden its "liverpool havent been pulling up trees. We have been absolutely flying bar a few games and havent been arguably the best team in Europe by a margin. We have to start thinking now about where we’re going with Arteta. Calm down Omnom, you are nowhere near the winning machine City teams have been the last few years. You couldn’t even beat Forest or Utdlol draw a couple of games and all of a sudden its "liverpool havent been pulling up trees. Eze/nico williams and izak/watkins/sesko and it would be a diff story
Except city arent weak in any areaThat's the same for pretty much every side in the league including City i.e. if they just had the players they need in the areas they are weak.
6 wins out of 6 in the champions league and 6 points clear with a game in hand on 2nd...Calm down Omnom, you are nowhere near the winning machine City teams have been the last few years. You couldn’t even beat Forest or Utd

Wouldn't say liverpool are either
Isn't Williams on 300k p.w or something daft, then you got to cough up his release clause in one lump sum (unless you do a man utd and pay more so you csn spread it out).Eze/nico williams and izak/watkins/sesko and it would be a diff story
Hilarious that people are conceding the title to Liverpool with a 6 point gap. As good as they've been, they're not exactly going on City level runs of winning. They're catchable, we just need some of the margins to swing our way. The fact the gap hasn't grown should be hope enough.
