They had an extra day of recovery and we looked leggy versus Wolves. Ran us off the Park. Only one that was up to the pace of the game was Sandro.

Think I need a King kabab and watch Lord of the Rings to get over that

Nah you’re absolutely right. We rode our luck massively against Wolves but they’re in a relegation battle for a reason.

What’s concerning is that’s pretty much our first-choice 11. And yeah an extra day recovery from mid-week is all well and good but we should be doing better than that. It’s not like we’ve got European fixtures or a massive injury list to blame.

Not good enough today. Simple as that. Hopefully we can do better against Saints!

And as soon as Dubs concedes shots on target he gets nowhere near them. Dreadful shot stopper. Our fans were overrating him once again because he doesn't constantly boot the ball out of play like Pope.
 
Just back from the match and well that was terrible, it was absolutely needed though to bring some of the fans and pundits expectations back to reality, BTW Bournemouth were absolutely tremendous, we were well beaten and they are the best team to rock up at SJP this season.
