Still you can only spend it if you’ve either generated it or are funded by wealthy owners.
And given the spending by City before the takeover they were given it, not generated it. I hope they're found guilty of every charge levied by the Premier League, have all 6 titles rescinded, are relegated to the National League North and are fined £100 trillion pounds. Cheats never prosper they say. If City are allowed to then the whole premise of financial fair play and a semi even playing field is not just out of the window, it's been launched through the window via trebuchet.

Haaland earns more in one week than the entire Everton starting XI does combined. Completely rigged sport.

If they were Real Madrid with the biggest global fanbase on the planet it wouldn't be so bad but they are still miles off the likes of United, Liverpool, ChelseA and Arsenal in terms of global popularity yet they can outspend them all comfortably.

Just watched some highlights...mings should have walked, henderson was clearly fouled for a penalty and the Villa player clearly plays the ball for disallowed goal. Thats why Klopps in the stands, the officials are a disgrace.

As it's a topic that's regularly discussed, we may as well have a separate thread for discussions around FFP and other financial controls.

This is entirely irrelevant because it doesn't show the quality of the opposition that the teams have played.

Don't be silly, its LiVARpool don't you know, we get all the decisions.

Must go back and checked everyone’s comments about this goal.

Shows the laws also with regards to why Liverpool was disallowed

I don't remember the Newcastle goal but those types of decisions are very subjective. What is a deliberate action to one person is not deliberate to another. Peter Walton on BT's version of Soccer Saturday said that he believed Villa defender's action was deliberate. It won't be ideal and it will cause other issues in the future but it would be far simpler if we got rid of the deliberate question mark and any contact from the defender then plays the forward onside. Again it wouldn't be perfect and there will be minor deflections that lead to a player being played onside but at least we'd have consistent decisions rather than one day something being considered onside and another day it being offside.

That as was said at the time was a block...he clearly makes a play at the ball yesterday. It isnt the same.
