Absolutely as that’s one area that you don’t need moving cameras as the lines are always in the same placeThat aspect of VAR needs sorting. Better camera setups on the lines
100% I thought this the other night with Newcastle’s offside goal. They could do with some type of cameras that are birds eye view, that span the width of the pitch.
Very out? You literally cant tell if it is or not.To be fair this does look very out. It's behind his thigh and you can see space between his thigh and post
You'd be looking through 2 sections of netting though and I've no idea the positioning of the keeper either. But surely if the camera is exactly in line, and you can see the whole ball behind the goalposts, it's out? If you can't see the whole ball as it's blocked by the posts, it's in
The issue is not having two cameras which are bang in line. Why they don't just stick a camera on each corner flag I don't know - they do it with the stumps in cricket

Ok very out is pushing it, but both of his legs are out of play and it appears to be behind one of them (therefore is presumably out itself).Very out? You literally cant tell if it is or not.
But that doesn't make any sense? If the side of the ball closest to being in is hidden by his knee, and his knee looks out of the pitch, that part of the ball is surely also out?Curvature of the ball, marra.
Paquetá looked labouring tonight as well and looks like he's off.Labouring a bit tonight
"guess", therefore right call by the officialsOk very out is pushing it, but both of his legs are out of play and it appears to be behind one of them (therefore is presumably out itself).
Whether it's enough to overturn the goal I'm not sure, but if I had to guess I'd say it had gone.
