That defeat was all about that team selection. Miggy, Burn and Trips have been awful still started them all. Hall can play on the wing if hes doesn't fully trust him on full back. There was multiple choices he had available for the front 3 and fullbacks. Not as if it was two weeks ago when we had 12 out.Just back from the game, and that was the worst i have seen us under Howe, it’s ok getting beat(we generally get beat on Boxing Day, 47 and counting), but the manor of that defeat was shocking, we probably should have been 2-0 down before we even scored and deserved absolutely nothing from the game. A spanking next week off Liverpool and a loss against the Mackems will most likely see the fans attitude turn and Howe lose his job.
Someone really like the take the **** when writing the scripts for goal scorers against the Toon
Darwin Nunez: 2 goals in 13 mins vs. NUFC, 2 goals in 958 minutes vs everyone else
Ewan Ferguson: 3 goals in 81 mins vs. NUFC, 3 goals in 838 minutes vs everyone else
Richarlison: : 2 goals in 73 mins vs. NUFC, 3 goals in 700 minutes vs. everyone else
Chris Wood: 3 goals in 90 mins vs. NUFC, 4 goals in 549 minutes vs. everyone else
He started the last game? It's about rotating players that have a history of little niggly injuries. How much more does Curtis Jones need to do to earn a start?

Good to see Jota on the bench
