I don't think anyone can sort Chelsea because no one actually knows if the players are any good, and I think it's entirely possible they're not

Take Mudryk, he cost a fortune but his stats are worse than someone like Jack Harrison and no one is buying Jack Harrison for whatever 70-90 million Mudryk was.
