What the hell!! How is that offside! Wow it's Maguire. This is ridiculous, how many officials to make a decision.

Not sure about interfering though. Harsh, but then that's how it's going for us atm.

I can see why they've given that, but it does seem odd.

4 minutes to sort that out suggests it isn't "clearly" offside - the ref had to do a 'subjective' offside check at the screen. Not seen that before.

The time it took for the VAR to call the ref to the monitor was odd. I can only assume that it was a tight call as to whether Maguire was in an offside position but there has been a few times where the ref has been asked to give the final call as to whether somebody is active or not. In this instance it's hard to argue that he wasn't. He's attempted to play the ball and impacted the defender trying to play the ball too.

Very strange VAR incident I actually thought Maguire might have been pushed into the active position. Anyway its a ridiculous amount of time to make the decision. Not sure how VAR has improved the game period, regardless of the current United run of luck.
