Great level goal by salah
These are both fouls so has to be a pen and both get a yellow at min surely
Lucky if its a yellow, he's one on one with the keeper. He should have been sent offGreat level goal by salah

It's only double jeopardy if it's a genuine attempt to play the ball. He's just hauled him overMidfield was shocking, at least we're ahead. not a red due to the double jeopardy rule these days..
This. Its a stonewall red card. It's only double jeopardy if it's a genuine attempt to play the ball. He's just hauled him over

Was it discussed on Sky at half time?Refs have been a disgrace recently. Its not small issues but game changers they are just seemingly ignoring.
Yes, there was no ambiguity. It wasn't a deliberate trip where the ref may think the defender has made a genuine challenge, it was a shirt pull. The only explanation is the ref has decided a Brighton defender on the goal line means it's not a clear goalscoring opportunity but that would have been beyond generous on Brighton. You expect refs to know the difference?
No, they just discussed whether it was a penalty. Was it discussed on Sky at half time?
