Exactly he got himself in that situation, was a pretty clear red imo that's a bad challenge.

Definite red. He messed up and just lunged to get the ball and it ended up being a studs up challenge to the ankle. I'd fine Everton as well for the aftermath.

Like the goal vs Belgium in the group stage? His footwork's poor but even still, a normal sized goalkeeper would have saved that easily.
