Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [10th - 15th April 2015]

If only City's remaining fixtures were flipped around I'd be more confident in catching them. They've got Spurs and Swansea away and Southampton at home in 3 of their last 4 - if they were 3 of their next 4 you'd fancy them to drop a few points.

Didn't you say this earlier in the season and beat us or something. Wouldn't be surprised if you won tomorrow, we have been downright terrible going forward

If only we weren't currently horrendous going forward and everywhere else for periods of games too :(.
Also Chelsea with something to play for will beat us as they're better. Chelsea with nothing to play for will beat us because we'll bottle it.

Not sure I did but I honestly wouldn't remember anyway. Difference is we were in the kinda form we get once every 3 seasons. 5 wins in a row is monumental for us.

Away from home we're even more of a horror show and it's going to be hilarious.

Hope Carrick isn't out for long.

Good to see some tempo back in the team  If we can sort out the right flank for next season we could be on to something...

We need an experienced replacement for Carrick , with Blind capable of playing that role in minor games + a real box to box cm (I doubt Pogba very much but that kind of player). At least one centre half as well.

The Utd run in doesn't look so bad now - even if Utd lose at the Bridge next Saturday as long as the performance is good I will be very happy.

Also, I know Yaya gets some stick and quite rightly so but some of his passes to cut teams open and disgustingly good. It's a shame that his mental capacity isn't there as he really could be one of the greats if he could apply himself more often. Tragic really.
