Its like there is a forward pass on that would continue the attack but its 1% risky so always goes backwards or sideways.

Nah, didn't touch him, could've stayed on his feet, blatant dive.

Edit: Salah's now deeper than the midfield because they don't do anything with the ball.

Edit: Klopp needs to do something about this midfield. They're just walking around, not chasing back or playing the ball fast enough. Keita perhaps?
