I don't know what Mason Holgate has done to upset Ronald Koeman. He is a perfectly adequate right back, primarily a centre back but can do the job.

This line up just makes no sense. It's like he has tried to shoehorn all his defenders in at once.
 
Bizarre offside call from the ref.

Everton clear a Stoke corner and break out with a dangerous counter attack.

The ref blows up and stops everything bringing it back for a free kick for offside. Everton players fuming.
