Chambers Ramsey Mustafi Holding Bellerín Xhaka Iwobi Walcott Welbeck all need the boot.
THe only thing I'd say is Chambers and Mustafi were looking promising/decent respectively at their previous clubs, Bellerin looked great when he joined the first team and started playing and Xhaka was said to be good in Germany(I don't remember seeing him play really). With a different manager and/or coaches they could become good players, I don't know either way. Look at Rose/Walker/half the Spurs team under Poch, completely different players.
Welbeck is the same talentless idiot at 3 league clubs and for England, he can run, he's strong, but has no football brain and no technique, should never have been signed, insanely poor signing. Walcott has had a decade, screw him, Holding was said to be promising but I never saw him play for anyone but Arsenal... could be good under different coaching but unlike CHambers I never saw him before Arsenal so can't say.
Ramsey like Walcott has had long enough, woeful defensively, no where near good enough offensively.
Same reply as always Arsenal need a Poch, we need to clear out the players who really don't try and are pathetic and weak on the pitch like Walcott, then we need new guy to improve what we have, buy in quality and see what happens. IF chambers/Mustafi improve dramatically over a year then keep them, if not move them on.
The most important thing is replacing Wenger, he is not the guy to be making calls on who should go or stay nor who we should be buying. WHoever we buy he'll ruin anyway, maybe the new scout/football guys from Dortmund will actually make a difference in bringing in better quality and maybe they'll pressure Wenger to sell the right players (with signs of Walcott going and Coquelin out... maybe not a bad start), but ultimately that is one small part of the equation. Even if we buy great, to be a great team we need to be improving the players we buy, not making them worse.
