anyone got any bets on for this weekend? i fancy liverpool game and arsenal game for both teams to score,think with pre season form its a decent bet.

Why have Liverpool been drawn in the 2nd round? is it due to finishing 7th last year, or crap performances in the CC? can't wait to see some footy though, ive had withdrawal.
Still not sure what to think of all our signings - but i guess the squad is stronger now. Hope Suarez and Aquaman start on saturday though - i can see them being very good togoether

It might just be a blessing in disguise, liverpool need to pick up some silverware this season, even the CC. Like in 2001 under GH, winning the 3 cups made us move onto better things like CL qualification and eventually winning it, and becoming the no 1 ranked team in europe
We need to get on a similar run and we might be able to get back into the top 4. But it might be beyond us this season

And we got the WORST league cup draw of all time, away at Bristol city or SWINDON!!!! Cant afford to go to Bristol and the last 2 seasons iv been to Swindon and seen 2 1-0's with the jpt 1-0 last season to means its a team we just can't go to (and its the most hateful place in the know universe)
