It's hand ball, his hand is in a completely unnatural position.

The whole 'ball to hand' is rubbish, as is the 'intentional' aspect of the rule. How many handballs are legitimately intentional? Hardly any, the rule should be reworded.

That's given 99 times out of 100, or whenever the ref isn't this joker.
