Really not sure about that. Chelsea have a far better keeper, defence and midfield as a team and on an individual basis. I'd only take Kompany, Toure and Aguero if I were Mourinho.
Chelsea seem to have stood still of sorts, I think they'll sign a couple of players before the window shuts.
If City add Otamendi and maybe De Bruyne then they'll run away with it, potentially.
Not Silva?
Sterling offers more than Willian also.
As a team they are better, Chelsea have better individuals.
Depends how you look at it. What's made Chelsea so strong defensively is as much to do with how they play as it has to do with their players. And it's how they play that makes City, at their peak, the better side. Even this great Chelsea defence can't live with City and with a bit better finishing City could be 4 or 5 up and it's not even half time. Their fullbacks are bombing forward, they've got pace and width from their wide men, Toure breaking forward, Silva pulling the strings behind Aguero who's running Chelsea's CB's ragged and then Fernandinho backing everything up and stopping Chelsea getting out.
Fwiw, Chelsea's defence/midfield unit is no more better than City midfield/attack is better than Chelsea's.
