Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [16th - 22nd August 2011]

Honestly hope to see man city play barca in the champions league, they will get demolished, defensively poor, barry against iniesta and xavier will be hilarious never mind nessi against lescott haha
 
If Tevez scored a ridiculous own goal I'd forgive him for being such a **** and possibly even 'Like' him on Facebook. Yeah.
 
I'd play Balotelli every game, at least you can see him and know where he is. I'd be worried what bat **** crazy thing he was doing if he wasn't on the pitch.
 
Another good performance from us, bar conceding the goals. Silva once again showing how he's worth a season ticket on his own. Dzeko also looking to be coming good, had a few MOTM performances recently. Scored one in each of the last 4 games too.

Lescott had a poor game and Klasnics goal was class but we did so-so defensively. Going forward was the difference though. Mancini is really letting the shackles off and we're attacking more for longer and with better purpose. 7 goals in the first two games isn't bad at all, no matter who you play. Should have had a couple more today as well, really surprised Johnson didn't score at the end. I think Micah simply outmuscled Petrov for Agueros disallowed goal too, not sure Petrov was ever getting to that.

Probably a fun game for the neutral :) Subbing Aguero for Tevez was just lol. Bolton must have had a collective "FFS" right about then.
