Watch it again. Hand clearly grabs walcott's pec, clearly pulls him back. Don't know how you could have missed it. Walcott doesn't even go down, to his credit, but it couldn't have not been given.

i saw him pull at him, feabley. that happens all the time and it didn't look like he was actually in the box when he pulled him.

I thought it was a friendly nipple rub to be honest. It wasn't a big pullback, there wasn't much force, no shirt grab for certain, it was soft, really soft.
