Why make a straight swap when you're 3-0 down? At least try and change things around like playing 3 at the back or something.
Tends to happen when a defender is injured.

Yeah we should have put Hernandez on, gone 3 at the back and hope we escape with a 5/6-0.
He's still got one more than anyone in the Arsenal squad.
Well yeah he probably is, he's actually won something which Arsenal haven't done, and likely still won't. Nothing can take that away.
He's also not even able to help the team at the moment, missing him and Rooney is an absolutely massive loss and something people seem to ignore. Our team's recent success is entirely reliant on them (wrongly, but it's still the case).
Might as well go down 5 -0 having a go then trying to shut up shop.
