I appreciate that the rule is BS though, 99% of handballs given aren't deliberate.

I still think that even if the handball is accidental, if it leads to a goal, it’s ruled out.

This is true but usually they are chalked off. Going by the letter of the law its a goal i guess.

Providing it's deemed to not be deliberate, absolutely.
