Gary and Jamie think it was a penalty. Arguing over whether Mikel should have got a red though, Gary says no, Jamie says yes.

Game is as good as the weather... that is, **** - I think we'll see a better 2nd half now we're playing with the wind/rain in our backs. I hope anyway! If we'd have played Chelsea in the weeks previous we might have had more joy. At least we can't get Drogbuggered this time.

Football's gone soft enough these days as it is, my opinion is that, that wasn't enough of a kick if you like to warrant a penalty, don't think it was on purpose nor was it really that hard, not enough to go down anyway.
 
Bit of a snore fest so far Chelsea had better chances I will say this I'm glad we didn't get Willian this along with other times I've seen him he isn't that good at all

You think he was trying to break his leg? :rolleyes:... Or do you think they might be playing a high speed football match on a slippery surface? Give Mikel a yellow for being later than Arteta if you want, but he was only a split-second later than Arteta. The players aren't standing still.

PS. Obviously I meant to say Arteta won in my original post. That is the only difference between the two challenges.
 
What's wrong with arsenal, this is why we need a more confident striker. Passing the ball around the 18yard box won't get us goals.
