Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [21st - 25th September 2018]

Have Everton improved any over the last few transfer windows, seems they have been treading water for the last few years with constant managerial changes as well.

Everton are awful at crossing. Why do they keep trying? Keep it on the ground and pass it about.

Everton might have been the better team but they wasted chances and arsenal had 1 nice finish and some awful officiating on their side

Clean sheet! Our defence doesn't seem to have improved over the last few games, but maybe that will give them a little confidence going forward

Happy with the result, 2-0 and a clean sheet for a change. Was a bit worried about Everton as they aren’t exactly a bad side but aren’t having much luck lately.

Anyhow happy with the result, hopefully keep this winning run going for the next few games.

Poor result and performance as usual on Saturday. It's a farce now.

Not sure what's happened to Sanchez, he seems to have lost all of his ability. Strange.

There's something utterly wrong with United's coaching. Not a single player has developed/improved under this management. I look at the players and they all look worse than when they arrived at the club. Whether that's instantly or over a period of time.

There's clear dissent through Pogba's words. And yes the players should perform but what if this is what they are being taught. 'Forget your own game, just stop theirs' the Mourinho way :(

It's probably because Mourinho won't let Sanchez play with any freedom, Mourinho is the type of manager who wants total control over what his players do. If you treat your players like robots you can't expect them to show the same creativity/imagination that made them the exceptional player they are.

When I watch United play I see 10 players with ball and chain around their ankles doing only as much as they've been instructed to do for fear of being shouted at or sidelined by Mourinho.
