I want to save our destruction of them for the semi's ;)

Good performance tonight, in particular Razak, Nasri, Johno and Kolarov played very well.

Kolo looked a bit shaky alongside Savic. With PSG interested i wouldn't be surprised to see him leave as we have Rekik and Savic as backup to Komps and Lescott.

Pantilimon wasn't great but its hard for goalies to move in and out of a team.

If you haven't already watch the 5th goal which was truly superb.

Very happy with the toon, never give up and if your going to go out in the cup might as well go out fighting.

The past 2-3 matches have showed that we are the hardest working team in training and match day.

Defensive cover is a worry tho good job its not long till transfer window opens
 
Yes he did. As Reina's about to jump Shawcross nudged him which is why he's jumped totally off balance and ended up with his body going in 1 direction and his arms in another.
 
Argh it's a serious health risk being a Newcastle fan. Not too sure if I'm a fan of Ba upfront on his own. He looked lost all night.

Good effort from the lads though.
