Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [22nd - 27th February 2019]

Terrible performance but not the worst result. Hopefully Utd have a few players back and still in the top 4 battle by the time City have to go there.

with all our injuries I think that's one of Ole's best results so far - I still think that offside call should be ideal example of "benefiting the attacker", its as bad a decision /rule as some tackles getting yellows

We may well struggle against CP away, and possibly Southampton at home if we don't get a few players back though

4 shots on target in 90 minutes, garbage.

Hope the cup final is better than that dung.
i think some of those united chances were the offside Fk's where the ref played on etc. really wasnt anything from either team. United happy to sit back and park the bus a bit and Liverpool just didnt have an answer

Hang on, you think it shouldn’t have been called offside?

Souness :D Crikey.

Liverpool had more of the ball but I thought our chances were much better. Liverpool seem to be lacking that creative attacking midfielder (certainly without Firmino).

Hopefully the Ox can help with that, if he makes it back before the end of the season. Just got to hope its not too late.

I thought united looked great defensively. And we had the better chances. Not convinced Liverpool would’ve scored had they been firing. I thought lindelof/smalling/shaw were fantastic.
