Well, Walcott has been better than Ronaldo for a while now.

well it seems by stats alone walcott has been better then Bale and not by just a small margin.

What makes player x better then player y if it is not on stats?

We have Cazorla and Podolski who have also weighed in with a combined 40 goals / assists so not quite the one man team as last year. Not to forget Giroud who has a few goals too.

To be fair Bale is clearly a better all round player than Walcott but he is nowhere near the player everyone is raving on about at the moment.

Why not? He's as exciting as Ronaldo.... The guy is quite obviously a beast..the goal against West Ham was sublime, pure technique to dig it out from under his body from 35 yards, he had like a 1m run up.

all he does is state the obvious. he does know bale's age, right?

nobody on the planet can be compared to messi, he's one of a kind but the similarities between bale and ronaldo are clear. there's half a decade between them though.

Ronaldo can be compared to Messi pretty easily.

And no, perhaps Bale is starting mould himself on Ronaldo, but they are absolutely miles apart in terms of ability. So the similarities aren't really there.

I've used Bale and Ronaldo in FIFA 13 and they are the same player.
