I'll be happy to see Pep at any team in the BPL but describing him as 'long term' is stretching it. So far his 1st team career is 3-4 years per club and i'd expect him to be moving on in a few years to somewhere like Italy.

Its not just him actually being in charge that counts, its how good the players / system is when he departs

You're forgetting the 'somewhere like', Italy was just an example to save me typing the remaining big leagues he hasn't been successful at yet.
 
what did LVG say in his post match interview. it's only a matter of time before he appears witha 44DD bra on his head and starts going 'wibble wibble wibble wibble' and walks off.
