Poor Liverpool; I see we empathise that they are indeed always the victim of such nefarious and cunning decisions that Bale decided to try and help them achieve something of merit in that game, namely, a goal
 
Played well in the second half but a loss is a loss. Our position in the league doesn't look great but we're playing well enough to climb rapidly with a few goalscorers in the team which will hopefully be addressed in January :)
 
Absolutely pathetic.

Four PL defeats on the bounce (two at home, all against average opposition) and a lacklustre draw at home in the EL. Thrown the lead away in two of those games. :mad:

Just isn't good enough and now we're two points above the relegation zone.

It seems we've fallen apart since Pardew was given tenure, but I'm sure that's coincidence.

Our last win was a month ago today against West Brom.

Since then we've draw three and lost four in all competitions (drawn one and lost four in the PL).

A draw with Southampton isn't brilliant but I'll take it. Keeping our unbeaten run going is the big thing :)

Meh Chelsea let me down, so no bebefit to it :(

We are just a joke, still trying to make 442 work, still failing. Same old, same old someone needs to give Pards a slap to get him to realise it his fault at the mo.
 
What a frustrating game, we don't seem to get any decisions, spurs had a freekick that never was - seems to be a trend now. On the plus side, Assaidi looked good, Suarez still has one of the best first touches I have ever seen, and PG Tips Chimp scored a OG.

On to Southampton at the weekend.
 
Full time. Stressful match especially at the end defending a one goal lead.

Nice to get a clean sheet but the performance was very dodgy overall.
