A few poor performances today, one of those days I suspect. Everton leaving Valencia unmarked so the ball finds him a lot (and therefore poses no threat) is a smart move too.

Barkley has been shocking today. The number of times he's fluffed up a 10 yard ridiculously easy pass killing off a counter attack is a joke. His shooting has been dire. He's okay with it at his feet but when he has to do something with it he seems to get the majority of his passing, shooting and crossing completely wrong.

He's been a bit crap all year frankly, only the very odd very good game.
