No Frank, you clearly don't. A black person calling another black person a choc-ice is racial harassment. And no, they're not insulting themselves at the same time. You'd understand that if you knew the meaning of the term.

And again, people have been convicted of racial harassment for using that term or terms that carry the same meaning.
