Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [28th April - 2nd May 2012]

Scoring four against Wolves and not winning is shocking tbh. :p

but credit to Wolves for not giving up.

Exactly what i was thinking but all credit to them for pulling level...after they went down 2 goals in the first 15mins i thought theres no way they will get back into the game but miraculously they have.

Geez Swansea really have lost the plot in defence, how they managed to concede 4 at home is beyond me...thought they were pretty tough to beat at home, i know Arsenal had a torrid time when we played them earlier this yr at home, we lost:cool:

Liverpool team:

Reina, Johnson, Carragher, Agger, Enrique, Downing, Shelvey, Gerrard, Henderson, Bellamy, Suarez.
Subs: Doni, Maxi, Coates, Kuyt, Spearing, Kelly, Skrtel.

Haven't enjoyed this game one bit. Defensively we've done better against Stoke's style of play than previous encounters, but most other things have been lacking.

RVP please score this free kick..... Verm fail. Sad panda.

What's the point of having Ox on the bench if you bring on Santos, Chamakh and Diaby ahead of him!

Wenger is nurturing him and doesnt want him to burn himself out;). Its ridiculous that such a talented young player as Ox has now been rendered useless since Gervinho came back from the AOC...its things like this that make my blood boil with Wenger and his stupidity at times.

As long as we dont concede a stupid goal then ill be sort of happy with a draw seeing as Newcastle are currently getting spanked by Wigan. Still i hope we do get a goal and win this game...would relieve some of the pressure.

But so far its been a tepid game really.

My oh my.

I will recover from 10 pints before I comment on this drama! What a day :p

I will say this now though....

Well done Cheets and Wigan, we will see you next year :)

Let's pretend he didn't play because if he did, with his pace, Shawcross would have desperately flung himself into a leg-breaker tackle and he'd be out for a year.

A draw it is...could have done better but meh still a point more than what Newcastle ended up with.

Well done Wigan and enjoy your excellent run Cheets;)...looks like your staying up for yet another season:p
