Haha oops, well the only thing better than a perfect hattrick is scoring from your own half against portsmouth to do the shearer celebration shirtless infront of the pomp fans..... :p (might be an odd dream of mine...) Not sure thats a realistic dream to lap a stand with one finger up and no real celebration....

Just want to say I was hammered drunk yesterday after the game so apologies if I offended anyone, I haven't got a holiday so I'm assuming I didnt though :p

I don't think Shearer had the "best" celebration but it's certainly the most iconic in the EPL because you saw it so much :p

Grant Holt isn't too far off that with 68 goals in 121 games at under half the price. And he is the 2nd highest English goalscorer in the prem(only behind Rooney..) despite everybody writing him off as too slow to cope in the prem.

Would be very surprised if Wolves didn't lose tons of their players in the transfer window. They have some very good players who wouldn't look out of place at a mid table team..

Ohh and Purdy, I thought the Norwich fans only sung one song? I heard several on MoTD and they show very little of the match.. No real surprise as MoTD suck up to Liverpool, no Alan Hanson, it was not one of the best hattricks ever.. It was one of the worst defensive performances of the season..

Everyone rates pace compared to actual talent :( Half the saints fan base want pace pace pace, despite having several really talented players who aren't all that on the pace front.

Got my eye on several Wolves players if they don't hang on to everyone. Their forwards and midfield aren't too bad, plus I like Hennessy.

Holt has never been technically gifted, he relies on his workrate to get him goals however most(including me) felt that his workrate alone would be enough in the prem, even Paul Lambert thought that at the start of the season when he left on the bench. However Holt did what he has done throughout his career, worked hard and adapted and has been fantastic for Norwich this season.

Would really like Hennessy at Norwich, Ruddy has had a good season but has never looked really solid and spills the ball too much for my liking. Some of Wolves' defenders didn't look too bad, they just didn't work together very well, much like our defense against Liverpool yesterday..
