It's hilarious but if someone did the numbers on it I bet keepers scoring or even being involved vs conceding a stupid goal mean it's just about the worst idea in footballing history. As said though, it's hilarious when it goes wrong.

True but when you've got nothing to lose it's worth the risk.

There's only been what 4-5 keepers to score in the EPL of which half have been from long punts forward.

COYS!

Undeserved win for Arsenal.

A point was fair and a bit more consistent refereeing could have helped in that.

Not a bad performance though, nothing to be ashamed of.

We gritted it out but I don't know how.

Some of our decision making when our backs are against the wall is frighteningly poor.

And again, put it in the box and dont shoot ffs

You realise you've put in loads and loads of balls today and done insanely little with them. Arfa in some games is frustrating as hell, but in this game with almost no threat from the dozen's of balls you have put in, shooting was the better option.

Ameobi is retarded and awful, given 10 clear headers in front of an open goal, he'll score -4 of them, okay maybe 1.

Either way, huge result for Arsenal but another poor performance in which we were lucky to pick up those points. That is how you win titles though. The way we are playing though it just doesn't feel like it will continue, particularly as/when we start to pick up injuries to key players.

Today I think Newcastle would have done better in a 4-4-2, they had a decent amount of possession but really didn't feel like much goal threat.

Proper good win that for Arsenal. Not huge amounts in it tbh, and could have gone either way. Great to see Arsenal at the top of the table til the new year :)
