He's nakered, he's played literally every CL and PL game, legs are gone, no freshness to his game.l..i really think he's got great ability, just needs to find a partner in crime up front.

I completely agree - we need somebody of the class of an Henry or a Saurez to lead the line before we challenge for anything. However we need to keep Giroud around for the other options he gives us when Plan A isnt working.

You don't need one of top 5 players in the world up front, just someone a fair bit better than Giroud
 
Watching this courtesy of Canal+ in my hotel room, Arsenal don't seem to have that much adventure going forward, almost as if they're scared?

Just as a I typed that a nice little play through, don't know how Podolski didn't score that!

One need more than one striker basically..that's what it comes down to. Can't expect to compete at CL and PL level with one international striker. As if Yaya has scored 17 in the league :o Class
 
Sonogo for Giroud - that'll give them something else to think about.

I still think City will nick it at the death - but at least we've not just rolled over and have made a fight out of it.
