Surely the worst piece of transfer business by Tottenham was selling Caulker, not sure what they were thinking with that.
Well the pfa looked at the contract and decided there was no release clause at all so I don't see how there is one.
Still don't think he goes for that danny, said the moment the rumour came out it wasn't happening, Henry seemed to make that clear after when discussing it and losing Torres, he could've been lying mind.
I hate to say this as an Everton fan, but Liverpool are looking so great at the moment. They play good football, are exciting to watch, and have one of, if not the best strike partnership in the world right now. I've been waiting and waiting for the wheels to fall off, but they've just kept on winning. While I still would prefer Chelsea to win the league (I'm a fan of Mourinho), I can't deny that Liverpool deserve to be where they are right now.
Their win was good for us as well. 4 points ahead of Spurs with a game in hand, and right behind Arsenal now as well. At the start of the season I never would've thought we'd have a realistic chance of 4th place with only 7 games to so. Martinez deserves a huge amount of credit for what he's done for the team. Hopefully we can get 4th, as Lukaku said earlier in the season he'd be happy to stay if we get Champions League, and considering Chelsea are likely to buy someone like Diego Costa, I think he'll be allowed to leave.
Gotta admit we were a little lucky yesterday though, Fulham were well on top 1st half and could easily have been a couple of goals up. Still, that's what happens when teams near the bottom don't take their chances against the teams near the top - the teams near the top invariably have the quality to regain their composure and take their chances when they come.
Huge game next week. If we can get the win, all the momentum is with us and we'll have a huge shot at getting 4th. Fingers crossed we can do it, would be nice for the city to have both teams in the Champions League next season.
What happened to Tunney, Chong Warrior and others?
Don't know about u but I get the impression that sponge isn't a happy bunny...
(Mind u after spending 100 million in the summer and getting spanked 9-0 over 2 games I wouldn't be too chuffed either)

To be fair at least he shows up (albeit bitterly like myself) compared to others have ****ed off when things aren't going their way. Bit like Newcastle a couple years back, can see their fans who show up each week now, there seemed to be a lot more in Pardew's first year.
At least you stuck around despite your odd opinions![]()
I'm still piping up as a Spurs fan albeit most weekends don't get to post a lot. I'm not ashamed to be a Spurs fan, just embaressed at how bad we really are at the moment.
Best roller coaster ever haha
To be fair I'm only really talking about the high and mighty ones who ram it down your throat when their club is being semi successful.
Whoever could you mean!!
Looks like Liverpool are now in a pretty good position to finally go for it, still a long way to go yet but it's looking like they will push City all the way!
Unlike most of the Liverpool fans on here, I've seen them win the league a few times, it's vile!
